This is my first time getting nutritional counseling. I'd like to hear some of your suggestions of questions I should as while I'm there. I'm mainly going to get a better idea of what calorie goal I should be shooting towards, considering I have hypothyroidism and PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome). Right now I haven't been as concerned about nutrition as much as trying to stay under my calorie goal.

Ask about the PCOS diet - apparently there's one out there, a beauty therapist friend of mine told me about it. Might be utter rubbish, might be worth a try.0

I would personally ask about my sodium intake and how it affects my weight. I would also ask what types of foods you should be eating and what foods will naturally rev up your metabolism. Hope your feeling well!0
