NSV-not just a notch on the belt!

My first post! I starting the C25K two weeks ago and MFP 2 months ago. After having some friends say I looked thinner yesterday, I got a little crazy and put a belt on this morning. I haven't had a belt that would even fit me in 2 years, and had stopped trying sans one tear inducing incident 3 months ago. Not only am I wearing a belt today, it's not even tight! And just when I needed a little push...
I have a few friends who don't love MFP, but for me it has been that one thing I really needed.
Thanks MFP for keeping me accountable and motivated!

    That's awesome! Good for you- it really is the little things, like putting on a belt, that make you wanna say "YEAH! I rock!"

    These particular friends are 'foodies' and to see the amount of calories and foods they can have in a day consumes them and ends up being counter-productive. I have recommended MFP to a few other friends, two of whom are starting today, so we'll see!!
