Hi everyone I am new and this is going:bigsmile to be a challenge:ohwell: 4 me because I love to eat at the resturant with dessert:bigsmile: I know I can do it because I lost 60 pounds :happy: about three years ago.

    :flowerforyou: Welcome, you will love it here. I know what you mean about it being a challenge, I love to eat, theres not a food I don't like. I've lost weight and gained it back too, but this time its going to be different.
