You shouldn't really be weighing yourself everyday. Try weighing yourself once a week in the morning right after you've gone to the bathroom. Do you wear anything when you weigh yourself?0

NO I DON'T WEAR ANYTHING. DO YOU THINK IT IS JUST WATER WEIGHT?0

Water weight, muscle building, and your muscles retain water after workouts. It happens to me all the time so I had to stop driving myself crazy by weighing in every day. It'll all even out. Try to weigh yourself at most once a week. Good luck.0

Yup, I usually weigh more the morning after my harder workout days. Muscles retaining water!0
