Yoga question..kinda personal

I have done yoga off and on for years. One of the things that got me back into healthy eating and losing weight was committing to a yoga practice.

So I have some digestive issues and ever since starting to practice pretty much daily I have noticed that my regularity is really better. In fact extremely better. I was wondering if any other yogis had noticed this. I know several websites had comments about it but I was curious what real people had noticed (if anything).

  • Well I haven't done yoga but since I started eating better & working out, my tummy feels wonderful! before I would wake up around 4 am with bad tummy pains!
