Banish Fat and Boost Metabolism

Started Saturday, had to stop 3 circuits (2 circuits and cooldown) before it was over. So I am going to start from today. Any one else?

  • It's a super intense work out. Just keep at it, and you'll get strong enough to complete it. The first time I did it I thought I was going to die and could barely do the beginner version. Fast forward a few months, and it still kicks my butt! I love switching out various Jillian workouts; they're all great and effective. Since starting with her workouts I've been able to increase the duration of my run from 2 miles to 4-7 mile runs, and have shaved minutes off my mile time--oh, and worked off almost 40 lbs! She works the whole body to make you stronger and capable of so much more than you ever thought possible--so stick with Jillian! She'll get you where you want to be.

    That is a hard workout, I piled up buckets of sweat from that !!! Keep at it and you will go farther every time. Took me a while to get thru it but I finally got stronger and did:)
