Snack Before or After Walking

The way my schedule falls, I can almost perfectly fit in short walks with my two hour snacks.

4:30AM - Gym
7AM - Work/Breakfast
9AM- 15 min walk, snack
11:30AM - 30 min walk, lunch
3PM: 15 min walk, snack
5PM: 45 min walk home
6PM: Dinner
9:30PM: Bed

So two question:

1. Should I eat my snack (90 cal yogurt in the AM, spinach salad for lunch, apple for pm snack) before or after I go for my 15/30/15 min walks each day?

2. Is it possible this six small meals a day plan isn't for me? I never go over my calorie goal, and I am never hungry, but I also haven't lost a pound in nearly two months. Do you think if I went back to 3 meals a day, I might see a change? I kinda like the feeling of hunger because it does make me feel like I'm doing something to actively lose the weight.

Thank you guys!

P.S. My diary is open to the public. I don't update it on the weekends since I am often too busy to get online. Therefore, you're better off checking out my weekdays. =)

Well I hope you don't keep up updated during the week either because the days I saw were only 600-900 calories! You said you like the feeling of hunger but really doesn't seem if your plan to starve yourself is working if you're not losing anything. I don't think your issue is when you eat the snack or take a walk.

Doesn't really matter when you eat. It's your calories in the end. Feeling hungry only makes you think you're biting the bullet in the name of weight loss. I looked at your diary and you're all over the place with your calories and eating a lot of nothing foods. Try a real food breakfast and something more substantial than spinach for lunch.

That's something else I am learning to deal with. I recently added the gym to my normal schedule, and I haven't figured out how or where to get back those calories. A couple weeks ago I was always right under my recommended calories though. So the 600-900 thing is new. *sigh* Still no change in my weight though.

I eat almost exactly the same thing every day, what changes is how much I exercise. I try to make up for it with an energy bar on the days I work out.

The shakes I added last week because I wasn't losing weight and thought it might help. It's all for the sake of science! =D

I'm afraid to eat a full-on meal at lunch because I have a sit-down job. I can just picture that food sitting in my stomach while I sit on my bum.

Your body needs fuel to operate. You don't digest faster or slower while you sit or exercise. Starving yourself won't lead to more weight loss and for the small amount you burn walking I wouldn't worry about eating those back but you do need to set your budget to a realistic number and stick to it rather than going lower and lower and using meal replacements.
