Low-carb 1,400 calorie plan needed

Hello. I am starting a low-carb diet that equals 1,400 calories. Would anyone be willing to write an example for me please? BTW I want ONE meal that is normal. Not low-carb or anything. Like the breakfast or something. (I'm only starting, and I love carbs. It might be hard getting used to. Later on, I'll try to make all my meals low-carb.) Thanks. :)
I need : Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, and another Snack (I sometimes get hungry after Dinner)

I tried creating one, but it doesn't seem to equal my caloric intake. :/

    I carb cycle, my cycle is:

    Monday: low carb
    Tuesday: no carb
    Wednesday: no carb
    Thursday: high carb
    Friday:low carb
    Saturday: no carb
    Sunday:Cheat meal

    I find this easier to maintain then no carb all the time, plus your body needs some carbs when you exercise or it will start eating at your muscles.

    Carbs are in everything pretty much so my "no carb" days are all carbs from greens and low starch veggies.

    A typical low carb day for me would be:

    Breakfast:

    1 x wholemeal english muffin with 1/4 avocado, 50gms cottage cheese,
    2 slices of ham and 1 scrambled egg divided on both muffin halves.
    Green Tea

    Snack (one of):
    Miso Soup (the sodium in this is a bit high though)
    low carb protein shake
    Apple & 50gms Cottage cheese
    Carrot and Cucumber sticks with TBS Avocado Dip
    Handful of almonds / cashews
    Boiled Eggs

    Lunch:
    Chicken / Fish / Tofu and Veg (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Beans and Spinach)
    Chicken / Fish / Tofu and Salad (Lettuce, Spinach, Tomato, Onion, Cheese etc)
    Chicken and Salad wrap ( i substitute the wrap with seaweed sheets for low carb but not everyone
    enjoys the taste of seaweed so a low carb wrap is fine)

    Snack: (anything from above)

    Dinner:
    1 x3 egg white & 1 yolk omelette with veg and cheese &
    Protein Shake
    Fish and Veg


    I stray from vegetables like corn, peas, potatoes, yams when im on low carb days..

    Aye thanks for that. :) I really love carbs so I don't think I'll be able to eat low-carb everyday.

    I think it's brilliant as it lets you put in the calories you want to eat, how many meals, food opus you are eati or not eating and comes up with yummy sounding recipes.
