Hi there
I have recently purchased a HRM for more accuracy when logging exercise. I have just bought Josie Gibson's DVD and when doing 20 mins of Level 1 my HRM says that I burnt 271 cals - does that sound about right !!!! I have no idea !!!!!
What should I be aiming for when doing HIIT eg, min and max heart rate.
many Thanks
Sonia

What kind of HRM is it? Does it let you input your height, sex, age and weight? DOes it have a chest strap?0

Yeah it does ask for all those details and has a chest strap, instructions only show where to put in on a male diagram so not sure where best to sit it as my sports bra pushes it out the way!!!!!0

I am expecting my HRM to arrive today. I ordered Polar FT4 and can't wait to get it and see what my REAL heart rate is when I exercise.
From what I know, the HRM should be the correct calories, so believe it when you see it.0
