Geeeeeeeeeesh I should have been doing this little page all of last year...lol I THINK I can do this easily as I usually walk 3-5 miles a day....sooooooooo off we go.....

I am at 17.42 miles for March so far...hopin' to bring it home!
Absolutely KILLED my workout tonight...I made that gym my *****!!! 12.29 miles, 26,366 steps, and my favorite part...101 flights of stairs...real stairs, not a stair machine, and 3,821 estimated calories burned...hoo-ya!!! Now, I'm gonna go put Icy-Hot on my calves...HaHaHa!!!
