    I think it's fine, but journeys end. A healthy lifestyle shouldn't.

    Because "I'm just a small town girl, living in a lonely world."

    No really, I've used it, and will continue to do so until someone finds a better replacement. It pretty much sums up finding your own path for healthy eating/excercising/life.

    I think I'm just going to go back to saying I'm on a diet....Healthy lifestyle is starting to annoy me now.

    I like "I'm eating less and exercising"

    It also maximizes the syllables so that has to be good, right?

    the more syllables, the more energy it takes to say it. Don't forget to log your calories.:wink:

    i like saying i'm doing a walkabout but different definition finding myself and this whole eating healthy is a small part of it. seeing what i'm good at and what i haven't tried but want to some day. it may sound silly but its mine

    Everyone says life is a journey. so a healthy lifestyle can be a journey because it does end... when you're dead.

    Whatever people need to hear/think/say to motivate them is fine by me
