So, I'm I'm starting from very little exercise, like being able to run 10 and a half minute miles for 2 miles, and that's only occasionally, Think there is any hope for me being able to complete a sprint triathalon in August? Any good ideas for training plans? I could maybe start with c25k and some biking and swimming mixed in for a while until I'm up to a base level to start a 8,10, or 12 week plan? Thoughts? Thanks

Should be no problem at all. 22 weeks is a long time, and, even though they aren't standardized, sprint tris are often just 800m swims, ~8 mile bike, and a 5k run.
Option 1 - C25K, do a nice long bike ride (20+ miles) every weekend, swim some.
Option 2 - get a book like the Triathlete Training Bible by Friel. Got some ideas in there.
Option 3 - go on http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/ . They've got quite a few plans0
