    I think it all depends on the person. Personally for me it did nothing for me, but maybe it was because I wasn't so focused either. I find this works better for me. I must say I do purchase their food from the market. They have a lot of good choices especially desserts!! The Giant chocolate fudge bar is 100 calories but so filling :) good luck and thx for the request!
