Allow me to introduce myself......Hi out there good people.....I just registered w/MFP a couple of weeks ago....luv food and exercise log features....trying to get back down to 185 lbs myself....17 down 9 to go...took a while though, almost 6 months because I didn't want give up my regular diet routine, I simply decreased the intake quantity (hence the calories) and increased the duration and intensity of my workouts...seems to be working.
