    Sleep. I started a new exercise routine that kicked my butt. I was tired as soon as I finished and took a 30 minute nap. Now I am waiting for the clock to go at least 30 more minutes because I don't want to wake up too early. Gotta do it another day!

    There are these delicious coconut chips from Trader Joes and if you eat the whole bag it's 160 calories.. well I got into them and there is only a little in the bag left and I really just want to finish it off.
