Tell me one thing about yourself you currently want to work on improving and one thing you love about yourself!
Remember: this isn't limited to physical aspects, but maybe bad habits, or personality quirks!
As for me, I would really like to work on my short temper and how snappy I get at people who don't deserve it. As for what I like in myself, I like that I'm very empathetic.

THE BAD:
I need to work on continuing with relationships even when friends hurt me. (Normally I say screw you and move on, instead of trying to work things out)
THE GOOD:
I enjoy making people laugh0 -

Bad: I have quit chewing tobacco. Want to keep it up. Makes me feel a lot healthier.
Good: My sense of humor. I can be a little dry and some people don't always understand it, but I thoroughly enjoy it!!0 -
Bad: Needing to put more effort into my academic studies and less time partying!!
Good: Friendly, and get on with people so easily!0 -
Good: I can see the humor in almost anything.
Bad: I occasionally have these completely irrational moments full of insecurity and jealousy.0 -
BAD : My temper for sure! I need to get that in check!
Good : no matter what the situation is , I always forgive! I can't resent people for long! I get over things very fast.....hence I am ALWAYS a happy person!0 -

I actually started something like this on my calendar for the year. I always put things on there about my weight loss journey, how much I have lost, what my monthly goal is, things like that. This year I added what I did right this month. It is good to recognize what you do right instead of always criticizing yourself. Last month, I didn't do as well as I had wanted so my what I did right was that I didn't quit!
To answer you post, I am a very loyal friend. I am always there if my friends need me. The thing I need to change is how I view myself. I need to have more confidence in myself and my abilities. This has plagued me all of my life.0 -
Like: I like what a comfort I can be to most people. I'm very motherly and when people have problems they often come to me for advice and support.
Dislike: I have very very low self-esteem. My husband tells me quite often how beautiful he thinks I am, but I don't see it and I know it hurts him as much as it hurts me.0 -
Like: I think I'm compassionate
Dislike : I'm a dirty rotten smoker0 -
Dislike: I want to stop picking and peeling at my lips!
Like: I think my ability to listen is invaluable. My friends and even my mom come to me for my shoulder and for advice. c:0 -
