So just finished my first week on MFP and I have lost 1 pound which I'm happy with, I just want to check I'm doing this right.
I'm 146 pounds want to be 130 pounds
TDEE 1726
BMR 1445
Height 5'6
Age 33
Desk job
I'm eating 1380 cals a day plus eating my exercise cals (I run 3 to 4 days a week 5km trying to increase distance and strength train the days I don't run)
Am I on the right track?

You should not be eatting under your BMR EVER. This is the number of calories you need to sustain life if you did nothing esle but lay around. take your TDEE and subtract 20% and eat that.

But my TDEE - 20% is 1380cals?

You should get your calculator out and you will find that 1380 is indeed the OP's TDEE minus 20%....
Only a very small deficit under BMR, with the inaccuracies in both calories consumed/burned plus TDEE estimates it's certainly in the right ballpark.
I would say suck it and see for a few weeks. If it works then continue, if you feel tired/listless up your calories a little.0 -
