Ooooh I feel your pain. The past year Ive injured my knee, shoulder and archillies.

I definitely take more care of my body like stretch more and listen to the rehab doctor on what exercises I should do.

    Hope you bounce back soon

Same here. I'm looking for to a complete diet and exercise break for the first 2 weeks of april. Tendonitis is flaring back up in my left shoulder. My left forearm (think it's called Golfer's tendonitis). My left knee has been bothering me since the end of my german volume training in december (highly not recommended to do ever). I was taking aleve for a bit and it does help but there are side effects for long term use. Fish oil / ginger root doesn't seem to do much

You need to rehab tendinitis or it won't go away. Stretching, pressure point massage etc. You can mask the symptoms but you really need to find out what is causing it and then fix it so it doesn't return. Sometimes it's a tiny form correction. When my elbows flared up from benching, I found it went away if I used a thumbless grip. Just that tiny bit of change in the angle of my arm fixed it.
