so basically im getting a lot of compliments on weight loss specifically around stomach, waist and hips. I can also see and feel a difference in my clothes and just my general appearance is smaller, yet i went to measure my waist and it says im exactly the same in all my measurements .. help?!? i've lost 18lbs also since my last measurement.

If you've lost 18 lbs and people are noticing a change in your body shape, I'd say you are measuring inaccurately. Good work on the loss and the body shape change! :flowerforyou:0

You are probably losing inches in places other than where you are measuring (assuming you are measuring waist and hips). People may be noticing the weight you have in your thighs, arms, back, etc. Just keep up the good work and the inches and pounds will keep coming off!0
