Going to give MFP a try. I am good with working out, in fact I love doing it. But.... eating on the other hand? Terrible!!!! I bust my butt working out but I don't ever get to see any progress because I eat so badly. I must work harder to change that!

  • you got this and mfp holds you accountable!! register it all for a day or two then adjust. I did that and saw my issues then changed them. :)

    It's really just a matter of accepting that it's calories vs negative calories - if you eat, you need to burn off a certain percent of the calories you take in.

    It can take a bit of time to find the balance that works for you, but don't become discouraged. MFP does work if you simply use it.

    And believe me - I love food, but to have the stuff I like, I have to earn it through working out :happy:
