JM 30day shred

thinking about adding it into my daily workouts. Would it be bad if i just skipped level one, and did level 2 instead?

have you tried level 1? If you have and thought it was too easy, then totally skip... it's all about challenging yourself. However if you have not even tried Level 1 then I would do it at least a couple of times as there is definitely a jump from 1 to 2

I wouldn't skip level 1. There are really great workouts in it and you'd be missing out.

I'm doing it for the 2nd time (I did the whole thing, in order, back in November). I did 2 days of level one, but then bumped up to level 2 for Day 3. I think I'm just going to alternate levels this month. It all comes out even at the end ;-)

I did it over the holidays as I had a lack of gym... I just bumped right to level 3. Mind you, I've been working out consistently for 4 years. All depends on how advanced you are. I decided to do level 2 for 'fun'. HA! I woke up more sore then doing level 3 for 2 1/2 weeks.

Try level 1 for a couple days, if you wake up soar after the 2nd day, then you're good. You want to get use to the movements before you move up. That's the point of the 10 days for each video - make sure you master the moves to be able to increase the intensity and the difficulty of the moves to come.

    Good luck!

I know how much you workout.. and I know level one is too easy and to basic for ya
  • Im doing it too. Just started yesterday. I think that starting level one is appropriate because it gives you more chance for the muscle confusion that she speaks so much about. My plan is 10 days each level and repeat as necessary. This way my body doesnt get too used to one level. Ive also heard that some people feel that level two is easier than one. Maybe thats cuz they have there endurance up. I can run 5 miles a day no sweat but one day of 30 day shred kicked my butt!
