For lunch....salads, tuna, sandwich wraps, etc....0 -
Quick meal components:
- eggs, esp. hard-boiled
- avocado
- lettuce for salads, as well as lettuce wraps
- cherry tomatoes
- cucumbers
- vegetables in general
- cheese slices
- deli turkey
- cooked, shredded chicken
- chicken breasts or tenderloins
- whole-grain tortillas
- a variety of low-calorie salad dressings
- cheese crumbles, e.g., feta
- smoothies
- low-calorie, low-sodium soup options
- canned tuna or salmon
Snacks:
- cheese sticks
- apples; this time of year, look for my favorite variety: ambrosia

my favourite snacks are apples, bananas, tangerines, oranges, etc... easy to grab and go. to add protein, eat with peanut butter or a 1/4C of nuts.
