zone limits on HRM?

I just received my FT4 HRM today and I was setting it up. Any one know what zone limits are and how do I know what mine should be?

Max should be 85% of your maximum heart rate.
Males can calculate this by subtracting their age from 220 and multiplying by .85. Women can use 226.
Min should be 50% of your maximum heart rate.
