Hi guys,
I was reading about the many benefits of incorporating ACV into your daily regimen.....and I thought it was a great idea. I wonder if it will help my acid reflux....as well as a few other problem areas. I was wondering if anyone used this stuff pretty often? Have you seen improvements in your overall health? And do you do like a water mixture?

Some people find it does help with acid reflux.. personally it gives me heartburn.
Others have said it helps you lose weight... however it doesn't do that.0 -

If you or anyone you know is prone to yeast infections, apple cider vinegar helps. It works by killing off the yeast by making your body acidic and allowing your body to return to a healthy balance. One tablespoon in a glass of water, twice a day.0

Mixing it with orange juice is the only way I can take it without gagging. ACV is some nasty ****! I can see how people would lose weight on it; take it before a meal and you won't want to eat, lol.0

I've honestly learned to love the taste. My roommate used to mix herbal tea, honey, and apple cider vinegar for when I was sick. I've really just kept drinking it in tea a few times a day since then. The combination really helps me not snack, so now instead of munching I just make tea and add apple cider vinegar. I doubt it the ACV itself, but the taste combo works wonders for me.
So try it in tea! I usually add in a cap full.0 -

I like it in my salads, and occasionally first thing in the morning, in the summertime.
I have read about some great health benefits, but never stick thoroughly to a regimen...I just like it.0 -
I just started this last week....2T and 1T of honey in a cup of hot water in the morning...the first week I was sooo sick to my stomach at night and my throat burned (I also have GERD/Acid reflux). This is 2nd week and the taste doesn't bother me. Hoping it improves my overall health.0

I use it regularly. You can also add it to a juice mixture or add stevia to it. I find it helps in many ways.
I also add mollasses to my coffee.0 -
I'll have a shot of this every morning and it is definitely an aquired taste but I feel like it helps reduce any bloating and i do generally feel better throughout the day. I've heard of using apple cider vinegar in homemade salad dressings and marinades - that is probably an easier alternative for most.0

I love the stuff. I drink it right out of the bottle.0

One of my favorite snacks is a bowl of baby carrots and a shot glass (or two) of apple cider vinegar. An acquired taste, but I love it.0

Easy AWESOME spinach salad with ACV in the dressing:
On stove, heat up a little bit of olive oil, garlic, and chopped onion. Cook until onions are clear/soft. Add a few dashes of apple cider vinegar and pour the HOT dressing over a simple salad of spinach and bacon bits (try Baco's for a meat free meal). Add a little goat cheese if you like! Pepper to taste and you have yourself a delicious, fresh salad. The hot dressing semi-wilts the spinach and melts the goat cheese. So fantastic. For bacon lovers, cook actual bacon rather than using olive oil. Add garlic and onion and go from there. :-)
Enjoy!0 -
The only time I use it is when I mix it with plain yogurt to make salad dressing. I was surprised that it actually tasted good.0
