I like PB2 and 2 scoops of Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein powder sometimes.0 -
Mmm thanks Keem88 & Ceirna! Complete newbie question coming lol... Do you reconstitute the PB2 before using it in smoothies or oatmeal?0

I use one whole small banana, 4-6 ice cubes, 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2 tbsp chocolate pb2, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed, 1 tsp cocoa powder and splenda and blend. I use this as my breakfast or as a snack/post workout. It is around 230 calories. It's good and a whole banana makes it creamy and gives it carbs.
Oh! And most importantly, it tastes like Reese's cup.0 -

Easy recipe that you can easily change up and make your own based on your likes...
1 Cup light vanilla soy milk
2 tsp instant coffee powder
1 Scoop Optimum Nutrition Double Rich Chocolate protein powder
2 TBL PB2 w/Chocolate
1 packet sweetener of your choice
1 handful of ice cubes
Add everything to your blender and Enjoy!
I drank the whole thing which filled up my 18oz cup
My version works out to 235 Cals, 16g Carbs, 4g Fat, 34g Protein
Of course depending on the nutrition facts of your protein powder those amounts could be more or less0 -

I like making mine with berries. I get bags of mixed raspberries, blackberries & strawberries. Add PB2 and either yogurt/orange juice/milk/almond milk. You pretty much can't screw it up.0
