Need motivation and guidance to lose the last 10 lbs!!

  • i'm at this stage too--i've found that really watching my sugar (even from fruits) is helping a lot!!

    What do you add to your shakes?
  • i don't drink them. i used to have a spinach and assorted fruit smoothie (no dairy, just fruits and veggies) for breakfast, but when i switched to hardboiled egg whites i dropped 5 pounds in 2 weeks! if you're referring to protein shakes though, i'd suggest switching to more natural sources of protein (like the egg whites). less chemicals, sugars, and calories. it makes a huge difference.

    Very, very slowly. Of course, it would probably help if I didn't keep extending my goal by 3-5 more pounds :)

    They're the hardest, but I think your body changes so much just in those last 10 pounds. It's an interesting journey for sure!
