ISO running buddy in the Columbia, SC, area. 3-4 times/week. I am new to running ;)

    I'm in Columbia- My dad runs with the strictly running group in Columbia on Weds and Saturdays. They have people of all levels!

    I will be doing a couple of slow 5ks this spring, but I want to lose a lot more weight before I start running regularly again!
