Can't believe it's our year to be 40! I've decided it's time to get in shape. Would love to have some turning "40" friends, feeling the same way , Lol! Add me :-)

    Not too far ahead...1971 and 41....Something funky happens after 40! Gravity is not my friend! I had to add strength training to try to keep in shape.

    My mom just asked me what I want for my 40th birthday and I told her I want to be 39! Not thrilled with turning 40 this year but if I can make some significant changes by then (August), I'll be happy.

    1972 here and age is just a number!! I decided to embrace my 40th and throw a party! So pleased I did - it was awesome!!! :laugh:

    I am 40 in November....hoping to be near the end of the journey and ready for maintainence by then. Currently size 12 (down from 18/20), trying to get to size 8! Friend me!
