I will make weight loss and fitness a priority again.
I will run, do a video, or simply walk EVERY DAY.
I will limit myself to less than 1 soda a week IF ANY.
I will limit my alcohol, junk food, and deserts to what fits into my daily eating plan.
I will eat all 24 grams of fiber every day.
I will go outside and get some sunshine!

Anyone else?

    I will exercise at least 5 times each week.
    I will increase my water intake every day until I am where I want to be
    I will log my food every day even if I didn't have such a good day
    I will NOT choose failure.

    I promise to eat within my calories every day
    I promise to drink my water, without making excuses
    I promise to lift my weights
    I promise to make exercise a priority
    I promise to log everything that passes my lips
    And, I promise to not let all this be an excuse to not get other things done
    I CAN do this!!! Defeat is not option!

    I promise I will not eat an ice cream sundae at work tonight.
    Or a root beer float.
    Or anything they have to offer.
    Even if my stomach is growling.
    I promise I will go home and eat what I've already put into my diary.
    I promise I will not let my boyfriend give in and eat Doritos!!

    to workout or simply move in some way or another 6 times a week
    to say goodbye to binge eating forever
    to have very controlled cheat days (no more cheat weeks, here!)
    to stay positive and stop beating myself up for the little things
    to really start searching for the confidence i know i have buried in me somewhere. it's time to start feeling beautiful :]
