After a half marathon

I'm running my first half marathon in 2 weeks, and being the crazy plan ahead person, I'm already trying to figure out my running routine for after the race. I know I'll need to rest a few days and then just do a couple short runs, but after that, I'm wondering how many miles a day/days a week I should run. I'm currently doing a program that has me running between 3 and 4 miles 2 days a week, and then building up mileage with a long run every weekend (this weekend was 10 miles). I also do a 50 minute pilates class 2 days a week and I usually do the spin bike or the elliptical for 20-30 minutes beforehand. Then 1 day a week I do the bike and the elliptical for 60-90 minutes, and 1 day is a rest day. After the race, I won't specifically be training for another half, but I don't want to lose the progress I've made, and I'd like to continue using this as a way to lose weight and tone my muscles. Any suggestions?

After a half marathon I usually keep things pretty quiet for a few weeks - keep running three times a week but substitute the long run with a shorter run, and don't run as fast. Then it's time to pick a new goal - a new race - and start training for that!
