I've just got back on the band wagon and need some weight loss buddies! My partner gets tired of me recounting my calories from the day or talking about new work out moves. HA! So I need some friends who want to talk about those things and offer support!

hiya, I'm looking for some weight loss buddies too ... don't worry, your not the only one who's family is sick of hearing about counting calories etc because mine are too lol.. Ive just found this site so i've just started counting calories and exercises on here since yesterday, how much are you wanting to lose?0

Well I want to lose between 20 and 30lbs. My first goal is get under 200 and I have about 17lbs left to reach that goal. Once I reach that goal it's more about how I look and feel than how much weight I lose. What about you?0

Just joined and my sister said to find some friends. Had a baby in 2011 gaining 85 lbs thinking it will be fine to work out and diet after baby is here, but she was very ill the first year of her life and I only lost 20 lbs so I have a good way to go to reach my goal of not jigging anymore. Hope to "Hook" up!0

I've been thinking about doing Insanity. My friend said I can have her dvds. I'm just a little nervous about it...it seems super intimidating....0

For anyone who has never done insanity, I recommend P90x "lean" first. it lets you get your cardio wayyyy up, (which helps because I hear you are out of breath a lot heh)0
