MFP Helpful for planning

One thing I recently started to do is fill in my planned meals the day before. Probably a lot of you do it, but I find that it makes me make decisions on what to eat when looking at the entire day's projected calories. Just a thought...

Absolutely. I've been doing that for a while. Now i'm eating the same thing every day, so it doesn't really matter, but this is definitely a great way to plan out a day.

I'm thinking of making a greasemonkey or google chrome extension for MFP (i'm a programmer) to display a checklist to the side of the meals, so one could check off what they've already eaten, for cases like us.

I do this occasionally. It *is* handy!

I used to do it on a separate meal planner but it got cumbersome. Didn't think of doing it on MFP. Thanks for the tip.
