What did you give up?

Grilled cheese and homemade quesadillas, which I used to eat almost every day for lunch.... cheese is just so high in calories! I still have cheese when I really want it, but having meals of mostly cheese/bread just isn't doable for me anymore.
I've also given up lemonade and almost all liquid calories, but I was never a big soda drinker anyway.0 -
C....cccccc......c.....CANDY!!! :sad:0

Nothing.
Except cottage cheese. That crap is nasty.0 -
Excuses on why I didn't have time to work out.0

I haven't given up any particular food or food group. I've given up eating huge portions of food. Everything in moderation!0
-
I didn't really give up anything. But I'm way more sensible about what I eat as far as portions.
I eat mostly veggies for lunch in order to allow myself whatever for dinner.0 -
Jelly Bellys! BOO HOOO0

honeybuns, chips ahoy, chinese food, cake and Ben &Jerry. i dont miss it though, i'm happy i dont crave that stuff anymore0
-
I've cut way back on wine and beer but could never break up with it permanently. We get along way too well.0

Diet Dr. Pepper (for the most part)0
-
I haven't really given up anything just making smarter choices!0
-
I still have things just in smaller portions or have them once a week.0

The 1 thing I gave up, and miss the most was/is?
Mountain Dew
you?
Out of all the things I gave up, this was the hardest. 8 months ago, I was drinking at least 2 liters a day. In the past 8 months, I had one 20oz Dew.0 -

MY SANITY!!!!!!!!!!! Oh wait, I never had any to begin with!
Alcohol, chips, french fries, crackers, potatoes, rice, anything with white flour. Actually don't miss any of it.0 -

Me too.
OP, if you like Mountain Dew (which tastes remarkably like urine), why give it up? Anything in moderation.0 -
Potato chips for breakfast.0
-
Coke - Big Mac - Whopper- Chips & dip - Fries - Kentucky fried chicken - chicken wings - etc. , etc. , etc.
But the big one was Coke. 2 liters + per day to zero in a week! Just like an alcoholic going sober cold turkey, I had the shakes that started around the beginning of week 2 and lasted for a little over 1 week.0 -

Soda and carbonated drinks (bad for the stomach, bones, and bod) as well as sweet alcohol drinks (Waaayyy too many wasted calories and enough sugar to crash me in a hurry), lol!0

Using the phrase can't.. when I feel like I can't do something, because I know now that I can even if it seems impossible.0
