Big Milestones in my journey to a healthier me!

As of this morning, I have lost 17 lbs....just 1 week shy of 2 months on a partial meal-replacement plan. And that isn't even the best news!

Yesterday I finally bit the bullet, gave in & had my lab work done. (I have been so afraid of being put on insulin, I have avoided doing this) My A1C (checking my diabetes) is down from 8.5 to 7.5, and my overall cholesterol went from 204 to 124!! (The "bad" cholesterol...LDL....was down from 119 to 61)

I am soooo excited...just had to tell someone! :love:

    Awesome! I just read an article at CNN that said studies show a 5-10% reduction in your body weight can make a considerable difference in your health. I think you just experienced that! :happy:
