Exercise Day Question

So, I have been doing 3-4 days on the treadmill and some strength training also. I recently added in Yoga. My question is: Should I do Yoga on the days that I do the treadmill, should I alternate the days, or does it really matter? I do at least an hour on the treadmill, if that matters. Yoga is hot yoga for 90 minutes.
