I've used it for couple of years, but recently switched to an old school paper journal.
It has come a looong way, especially with very recent updates. It's a fantastic app for workout tracking.

The reason i switched to a paper log, i wanted to write notes on each set describing how i performed. JEFIT allows notes, but it's not convenient at the gym, it's a lot easier for me to write something down really quickly.
  • Thats kind of what I've noticed.. its taken me almost an hour to set it up.. and I'm still not done... BUT I'm hoping it can help me to track my progress... Maybe I can use a paper log at the gym and then transfer that info to JEFIT later in the sauna...

I also tried NOOM but I didnt like the way the calorie tracking didnt include Protein consumed or Sodium levels..

I use it. Much easier/faster to setup yoru workouts on the web, then sync them to your device, but otherwise it's great for tracking lifts/progress. Older versions seemed to have some flukiness with history, but seems to be better. Or maybe it was just me.

Agreed. Setting up routines on the website is so much easier.

The new interface is a bit cleaner and nicer. Nowadays, i only use it for tracking my body stats, and they've made it somewhat un-intuitive, too many clicks to get to the update entry screen.

I use it and quite like it, but I will second or third setting up your routine on the web instead of the app. When I used to keep a paper log I was always losing it or spilling on it. And, well this is very sad to say, but I have some difficulties telling time, so the buzzer for telling me when rest time is over is very helpful as well.
