Sugar goal?

Hi Guys,

Just looking in my diary and my sugar is always in the red, I add a little brown surgar to my oats in the monring, but apart from that it seems that my fruit intake is whats pushing me over my goal.

Whats the deal here?

    You are overeating 3 times the amount of sugar you have set for your goal

    I personally ignore the sugar goal... if you aren't eating a ton of refined sugar and it's coming from natural things like fruit, then don't worry about it. Mine is over every single day and I've had no issues losing weight. :) Hang in there!
