Question about bodymedia???

If my bodymedia fit armband already calculates all my calories burned, should I still imput my exercise into mfp? Isn't that doubling up on the calories?

    No, don't input the exercise. Yes, it is doubling up. MFP adjusts your calories based on your activity from BMF. If you go for a run and then input it into MFP it will add the calories twice.

    I started using both MFP and Bodymedia about the same time. I ignore what MFP tells me and focus on the deficit in my BodyMedia Activity Manager. People who have used MFP longer tend to be more bothered by the BMF adjustments to their MFP calories.

    Thanks guys, that's what I figured. I love MFP for calorie intake and definitely for the networking! But love BMF for calorie burn. I was super thrilled when they synced up. I think it could use a little work, but so far so good.
