Why is losing weight so hard? It's such an everyday struggle. Anyone have any suggestions to make it a little easier?

Well, that depends. How long have you been trying to lose weight, what's your daily calorie goal and do you stay under, meet it, or exceed it, and what are you doing for exercise?0

At first the hunger pains are tough, but you will soon get used to the smaller portions. A little trick is to eat lots of lower calorie things such as fruit and veg for snacks to tide you over at first, or eat smaller meals more often. Another thing is not to cut the things you love, if you are a chocolate addict, still have it when you want it, just don't eat as much. Again this is harder at first, but once you are used to not having as much or so often you start to appreciate it when you do have it. Joining up to support forums such as this will help greatly too, we are all fighting the same battle so you will find lots of understanding, support and tips. Good luck!0
