New take on Spinach Salad. YUM!!

Just had the best lunch. I swear this is addictive so be careful.
1 cup raw spinach
1/4 ruby red grapefruit sections, with membrane removed
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/3 cup avocado chunks
bacon bits are optional and would be awesome!
Mix together in a bowl. Eat. Thank the gods for grapefruit and avocados!
The grapefruit juice and the avocado blend to make a luscious dressing.
Without bacon bits, these proportions have 272 calories, 11 carbs, 18 fat, 17 protein, 5 fiber and 6 sugars
