Hello! I am always looking for new friends on here. I really enjoy having a friendship connection with someone who I can relate to. I will tell you a little bit about myself and hopefully I find a friend who has some things in common with me.
I have been 5' 4" for about 2 years now and I don't think I am moving up the height scale.. I was 223 pounds before getting pregnant. I was already completely overweight and disgusted with myself. I went through my pregnancy gaining weight and getting sick. The day that my daughter was born, I weighed 283 pounds. I was so shocked with the weight that I saw on that scale. I breastfed for a month and I ate healthy, I lost weight and started my fitness pal at 244 pounds. I now weigh around 234 pounds and I am getting down to pre pregnancy but, I will not stop there. I want to make it down to 144 pounds which is in my healthy weight range. I have never been small... I was 205 pounds in fourth grade. I realize that's ridiculous but, I can't wait to get into ONEderland.
I am looking for friends who might be going through the same things that I am or have had children and want to get below their pre pregnancy weight. Please add me or message me or add me.
I log my exercise and food daily, I try to burn at least 500 calories every day 5-6 times a week, I don't eat my burned calories, I eat 1300 calories a day, I give motivation, I text a few of my friends, message a few of my friends and sometimes I post personal issues or things that I want to talk about I hope that I am good enough for someone!

I was overweight before both my pregnancies and it sucked, a good friend of mine was underweight and became pregnant soon after me, and I was SO JEALOUS of her baby bump hah! I'm currently 10 lbs below my pre pregnancy weight, but am still 10-15 overweight. I've reached my first goal at 155, and I'm happy, but not comfortable with my body. I seem to have gained 20 lbs in the four years since I graduated highschool
When I was fifteen, I was 230 lbs and lost 105 lbs in 9 months. So needless to say, I'm an experienced dieter... but always needing support! Sending you a request0 -
Hello,
I recently gave birth 12/11/12 and gained a whopping 60lbs that I know will take a year to get off but at least I am trying. Comfort with your body will come back slowly but hang in there. I am walking on the treadmill at lunch and adding a additional cardio on my break at work. I will probably have to do low carb or high protein to make it fall off faster but this time I am gonna tone up not just lose weight. Good luck and peace to you.0
