My name is Tricia, I have been trying to lose weight on my own for about 6 months and only managed to gain 15 more pounds. Pushing me to 200 lbs, I'm hoping that this helps.
I really need to work on getting out to excersize, that's my biggest goal. Or to even get the motivation to workout at home.

I actually work out at home and I have tried a few exercise videos and can help you in looking for the right one for you. The ultimate thing that helps you keep to it is finding something that just clicks with you.

I'm also trying to do it all on my own. It's hard trying to stay focused and stay away from all the bad things for me. But there are a lot of supportive people here and I couldn't do it without them. I know you can do it though(:0

I'm new here as well to MFP and I know how you feel. I've had that happen to me as well after watching my diet and exercising that I seemed to have gained. People have told me to not only go by the numbers of a weighing scale but how your usual clothes fit on you. Just find a great workout and be consistent. Slow and steady always wins the race.0 -
