Snacking on the go!

When you have the unfortunate event of oversleeping, waking up late in the morning, having to rush out of the house, without having any preselected meals with you, only to be on the go, non-stop throughout the entire day... What do you do to stay nourished without sabotaging success? What are the good 'go to' snacks?
