Hello I am doing this diet and asks for red vegetables


Can you help me by naming some red vegetables please.?

This ones are the only ones that come to my mind...

Radishes
Beets
Red onions

    Why a diet? Couldn't you better change your lifestyle? You can't eat only red vegetables for the rest of your life, right? What is this for odd kind of diet?

    - Tomatoes
    - Red peppers
    - Cherry tomatoes

    Seriousely, the diet doesn't sound like a good idea. Focus on your lifestyle rather than someting that will probably not get you good results and will let you down eventually! x

    Red chard
    Radicchio/red chicory/red endive
    Rhubarb (if people can say tomatoes and peppers which are fruits eaten as veg, I'm saying rhubarb which is veg eaten as fruit! ;) )

    Hello everyone. It's not the red veggie diet. It's the grapefruit diet. And and for dinner I have to eat a salad with green and red vegetables
