Hi, any short people wanting to lose a lot of weight?

Hey, I'm 5ft and weigh 147lbs, and I'd like to be around 100lbs. Is there anyone else out there wanting to lose a lot of weight that are pretty small?
I've only just properly joined so it would be good to have some support :)

    Hi guys thanks for replying. I have no idea where to start with this weight loss thing. I'm at uni and I don't feel like I have enough time to even think baout excersise :(. Got any tips? xx

    I am about your size.. 4'11 and when I joined I was 154 (2nd week in), aiming for 110-115. Feel free to add me if you like!

    Everyone has 24 hours in a day. There is always time for exercise. All you need is 45 mins to an hour a day.

    ETA I work 50+ hours a week and have 2 small children. If I have time youhave time.

  • 5ft 3" - I started at 152lb, last time I weighed, I was 142lb.. Now I'm aiming for 125lb and then I'll aim for 115 :) Just exercise and eat healthy, less crap food.. That's simply all it is. Dedication x
  • <--- Short ,needs to lose alot of weight . I would ideally like to weigh what you do now :) If you don't have time to really work out , just walk ,walking is a great way and to shed extra pounds . And the best part is , that with very little effort and time you can manage to get extra steps in during your normal everyday routine.

    I'm 5'2 and 150 pounds! Trying to get down to about 115. At uni as well so I completely get having no time!

    Hey there! 5'2" weighing about 148 right now. I am looking to get down to about 105 if not 100. I do about an hour of cardio and dumbbell weight exercises.

    i'm 165 cm and 97.7 kg!

    I just got started-- have gained a LOT of weight from pregnancy and a year has gone by & I'm still in a daze! Finally woke up after finding out i'm borderline diabetic!!!! freaked me right out!!!

    Anyways, hope to make new friends here & to support everyone in their goals!!!

    I'm 5'1" and weigh 152.5 as of today. (can't seem to get out of the dang 150's) My goal is 125.

    Hello,
    Today is my 5th day journalling my meals! I am 5'2 and 158 lbs. I am 46 years old, have two sons in college and a very supportive husband, but I always find reasons to make excuses to why I don't exercise like I should. I would love to have some support on here! Being short sucks! One pound gained looks like twenty, but one pound lost doesn't show up right away.....how come! lol......congrats to all of you that have been successful! I hope to be on that list!

  • hey! I'm 5'2 and am looking to lose about 40-50 pounds. Definitely going to be a challenge! You can friend me if you like. I'm 24 years old and an artist and teacher. I work out 60-90 minutes per day 5 days a week. My weakness right now is fast food and I'm working on that one :)

  • I am 4'9 @ 223. age 53 this april. Working on getting dwn 10 lbs @ time. Size 18/20 working on getting down to a size 16 by summer and a size 12 by Christmas. What that will be in weight I dont knw but we will see YES add me :smile: :flowerforyou:

    Hi,
    I am 5' 1" and have another 15 pounds to loose. It might not be a lot to some but it seems like sooooo much work still ahead of me before I get there. I started on MFP just this week however I have been working on myself since the beginning of the year with a more serious approach. I have lost 8.9 pounds so far. It has been slow but I am feeling good and hope to stay motivated and stay happy doing it. I am an active person and enjoy exercise but HATE dieting. I have decided that instead of thinking about this as a diet, I am looking at this as a challenge to be my best and to own it. Feel free to add me as a friend. I am still learning my way around this site tho. Good luck!

    You are my perfect twin!!! I'm currently at 136, but my SW was 147. I'm trying to get back down to 100lbs

    I'm 5'1' at a whopping 290 thanks to recent trauma after giving birth. My FIRST goal is under 250. I don't have a number for my final goal yet. :)
