I need a 30 day buddy

I posted that I was going to do the master cleanse diet but, I have decided against it and I am going through with something else.

I am going to eat only whole grains, lean meats, vegetables and fruits for the next 30 days. I won't be eating sweets, fats, drinking pop or any of that bad stuff. I am going to drink at least 72 ounces of water a day and I will exercise every day. I am going to be doing 30 day shred as well as walking but, you can do whatever exercises you feel comfortable with.

I am looking for a friend to text through out this and send pictures of our meals to. I made a personal goal to lose 5 pounds (at least) during these 30 days. Who Is with me??

This is basically just clean eating- just eat all of these foods and cut out all of the "crap", can you do it?

    Why don't you just do tdee -20% ?

    you have a lot to lose so just eat at 30 % below TDEE,go for walks everyday and you will drop a lot of weight! Don't overcomplicate it!

    Becareful, I gained weight on a whole foods diet, assuming because it was "healthy" that I didn't need to watch portion sizes, ect.

    I obviously realize that portion is key with anything that I eat whether those things are healthy or not.

    Your body needs healthy fats - raw (nor roasted) almonds, avocado, olive oil, etc.

    ETA: You do need healthy fats though. Make sure and add some nuts, avocado, etc.
