Hello! I just found this site. So far it looks very straight forward and easy to use. I was kind of surprised at how few calores I'm allowed though. I have lost 30 lbs so far this year but have about 80 more to go. I am currently using another weight loss site but thought I'd try this one as well since it's free. I'm curious to see how it goes. I've been working out consistantly for the last 5 months or so but still struggle with my food choices at times.

Welcome and good luck. I love MFP.
I tested a few sites before I decided to go with this one; I was amazed at all the food in the database - that is what impressed me. Very few foods are not listed here...therefore, it makes it easy.
I'm stuck in a rut right now; losing and gaining the same 5 pounds. But I'm happy that with MFP I got under 200.

Congrats on getting under 200 Tamie! I agree, there does seem to be tons of food in the data base. I love that too. It makes things so much easier. Leesa, its nice to see the workout calories burned but not sure about adding all those calories back in food. I have been working out 6 days/wk. It's not easy but has to be done. Good luck everyone and keep at i!!
