Just thinking about starting a collection of healthy recipe books - maybe buying a couple more for variety.
I make a lot of soup which is good, and my boyfriend & I are trying recipes from The Hairy Dieters (which by the way are yummy and seem pretty low cal!), so its a good start but what else do people recommend?

I got these from a nutritionist.
They're REALLY low cal/high quality. Not bad either.0 -
I love and recomment "The World's Healthiest Foods" by George Mateljan - The book is frikkin huge but it's packed with super simple and healthy, wholesome recipes, with nutritional information for each of the 100 foods he focuses on, plus information on cooking healthily, nutrients and vitamins. It's like a bible in my kitchen - I always go to it for information and inspiration.0
