Keep adding protein powder to smoothies?

If you are short on protein it is. I use protein powder to help me reach my protein goals sometimes. MFP sets protein pretty low as a default for some reason so it's best to go over it.
No need to add protein to smoothies if you are getting more than enough from real food.0 -
Keep in mind that mfp's protein goal is a bit low. Generally you want around 70-80% of your total weight in protein ... well realistically its 1 g of protein per lb of lbm but most people dont track body fat.
IMO protein is the most important macro, so its always worth getting more.0 -
I stopped adding the protein powder and started adding 1/2 cup of fat free Greek Yogurt.0

If you need more proetin in your diet yes.
If not then no.0
