    How inspirational! I loved reading your progress report, especially with such amazing pictures. Also, I am very motivated by the fact that you have been doing this for a year - I just started tracking a few weeks ago and really need to know that it is sustainable over time.

    Thank you! It definitly was not an easy year! I bet myself up alot and now the bitter end is much harder than it was in the beginning! Totally stick with it!!! MFP is the best!!!! For the first time in my life I can honestly say this has been more than just a diet and a complete life change. :)
